ONBOARDING TRAINING

My Role: As a Sr. UX UI Designer I worked with a Jr. Designer on her project to assist on creating an onboarding module for users on a new application to better understand how the new application works while calling out specific interactions to educate users on how to. Additionally I had conducted a prototype test to observe users to ensure the onboarding module was clear and easy to use for end user.

EUROPE TRAINING MODULES

There was a request to create training modules for our contract Europe users. Because of liabilities with software and processes we decided the best alternative was to design a walkthrough prototype that was translated by various coordinators in their respective countries and share the links with those users upon onboarding them on.  The following appears to be very effective for the groups in Europe and we will be using this model in other global applications where applicable.
